#CLOUDPUNK FIRST PERSON PS4 UPDATE#

While flying, you can change it to a first-person mode, giving you 180° of camera movement to look at the buildings as they float past, as well as the busy streets below. Those suitably intrigued by all of the above can take their own spin round Nivalis when Cloudpunk comes to Xbox One, PS4, and Switch. The update adds the cockpit view, as well as a little more. Additionally, it'll introduce a first-person cockpit view. If you haven’t experienced Cloudpunk yet, I can’t think of a better time. Suddenly you get a proper feeling of scale and the world has more depth when you. Watching the cockpit view trailer, however, convinces me that the wait will be well worth it. Walking can now be done in a first-person mode and frankly it changes the game. I’ve actually held off on playing the game, despite my love of the genre. Well, it might have taken some time, but Ion Lands has made up for it. At least if you are interested but not sure you now have something to give a better overview of how the game actually plays outside of the. This video is about a month old but I dont believe it was posted anywhere here. After all, the flying is the game’s most visually interesting feature. Cloudpunk releases this week April 23rd via Steam (A story-driven exploration game set within a cyberpunk neon-noire style).
For a game about dreamily flying a taxi past neon-lit buildings, it seemed like a bit of a missed opportunity. However, it was only for when you decided to leave your futuristic delivery vehicle and hit the mean streets.
So, all you need to do, is to pick up your platform and experience the world of Cloudpunk. Aside from a little tweaking with the height, it works really well and gives players a much better look at the tiny details they added to the Cloudpunk city of Nivalis. We gave it a test-drive and found it even more immersive than the recently added third-person camera.

Back in May, developer Ion Lands added a first-person mode to its cyberpunk indie game Cloudpunk. Cloudpunk is available on PS4 (reviewed), Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and Windows. CG writes: Currently part of the beta build, ION Lands plans to add a first-person camera mode to their Cloudpunk game.
